Cancellation Policies
You must submit a cancellation request in writing to info@globalcitytours.com, including your customer code, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation, within 30 days of purchase. Cancellation requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Refund Policies:
All packages are sold in a single payment and cancellation requests must be made within the established timeframe to be eligible for a refund.
